Is it true that experience and the decision we made out of tour experiences will shape what we are, be it good or bad??

We see and meet people everyday. From every meetings we gain experience. And form that experiences we learn to decide and conclude. As human, we always rest our conclusion. And from our conclusions we take action and every action we make we portrays our character. The character is who we are.
