Real World
As historian analyses ancient civilisation by looking at their literature and from it one could know the values, status and achievement of a culture (may be you could find more he-he…). After watching the show Contact on Astro HBO (This is the 4th time I watch this movie). Come to think back about the movie, most of the issues in the show portray the world we are living in today. I recall a man in the show that said that “we don’t live in fair world”. In BM “Kita tidak tinggal dalam dunia yang Adil” (sorry la… my BM out abit) The world always relay on technological advancement, but it give us batter lives? I let you answer for your self. the more advance we are the more complex we are. Not that I don’t agree with technological advancement. If not I have no way but to write my work on paper and pass it around on what I think about the world around me… (There won’t be BLOG around then). Another question face by the people in the movie is “is there A GOD or MANY GODS??”. The movie end with the point stating that science can’t prove everything, but is the experiences that ultimately tell us what to believe or vice versa. For me there is A God who over look me every time of my day on earth, who knows how many hair I have on my body and that is The Lord Jesus Christ. For a Christian faith doesn’t just stop at experiencing God but “acting” out His way. Any way I urge you all to watch this movie because it shows us the reality of the world that we are living in now.
