Press On..

I’m writing this from experience and I once again would like to encourage all my fellow friends especially those who is working full time.

We know that God is good and the things that we do for our friends are ultimately for God. As we give others encouragement, support and our all, it is easy for people to misunderstood what you are doing claiming that one is trying to reach an objective

Yes, we have an objective that is to bring people to know Christ and enjoy and experience God’s glory and leaving a choice to choose for them to walk on. From this experience, I only understand to full extend when Jesus said when he said

“³⁷ Jesus replied, “‘you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ ³⁸This is the first and greatest commandment. ³⁹ A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ ⁴⁰ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”

Matthew 22:37-40

Love others as ourselves, this is the most important in a social worker’s life and it’s not about taking people to church or anything but to LOVE as how Jesus loves us!!

Being turned down; miss understood or so is not easy as no one want to be rejected. As bad it may sounds it should not be the reason why we should stop ministering to others because we are being accepted and knowing of something that is more then us that is God who lives in us!! There is a promises to us as we go through all this, as the Word is living in us, He is our light!

⁴ The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. ⁵ The light shines in the darkness, the darkness can never extinguish it.

John 1:4-5

Thank God for this experience and I hope this would encourage all you brother and sister who is doing his works to be still and know he is God. We are sinful and lets come before God and especially before our friends to be sincere and come with a right heart as we become His hands and feet. Open to criticism and advice, you will never know that it is God who is showing and talking to you! Do not be “big head” because we know that God is for us and who can be against us? Let’s learn together!
